How to View Your Offers Directory | Ugenie | uHubs: Leader Guide

In How to Add an Offer, we show how to publish an offer on uHubs.

We mentioned that offers help membership business owners to monetise their online communities with product promotions, member perks and sponsors. Once offers are published, they are stored in the Offers Directory. Here you are able to view which offers are live, archived or due for expiry.

As more are published, the directory's search, filter and table view functions become more useful for navigating and finding different offers quickly.

Also, the directory contains offer analytics. You can witness your members’ interactions with what you propose, providing you with the vital data to change and improve offers over time.

Enter: Ugenie's Offers Directory

1. Log on as an Administrator

2. The default landing page is Dashboard

3. Find the navigation menu on the left-hand side

4. Click Offers or your branded name for the section

5. Scroll down to Offers Directory

Click Live to view your offers that are available to view and redeem. Click Archived to view your offers that are not available to view or redeem.

Search for an offer in your directory by typing its name

Filter your offer directory view by rows per page

Sort your offer directory by title, description, audience, clicks, views, website clicks, redeems via email and redeems via link

Clicks An engagement metric showing the number of clicks your offer has received. Views An engagement metric showing the number of views your offer has received. Website Clicks A traffic metric showing the number of clicks your website link has received. Redeems Via Email A conversion metric showing the number of redeems your offer has received through your redeem email. Redeems Via Link A conversion metric showing the number of redeems your offer has received through your redeem link.
