Extraordinary PM brought community to students

Extraordinary PM is a career advancement course and service run by Marion Thomas. Marion and her team run a series of courses based on a robust, proven framework and an expansive set of supporting resources for anybody working in and around projects.

Prior to Ugenie, Marion had been using a Whatsapp group, Zoom and email to connect with her alumni from previous programmes and 1-2-1 coaching.

Whatsapp, Zoom and Email proved too cumbersome and time consuming, and as a growing business, the needed a solution.

Marion wanted one single place that would enable Extraordinary PM to host their courses, content library and engage their alumni & student community.

She did not want to use a teaching platform and a separate community space.

When she investigated the current solutions, she found them either too expensive or technically challenging for either themselves to navigate or their students to learn to use.

Extraordinary PM consolidated all of their old systems and started using Ugenie instead to manage members, store files, upload course material and share insight directly to alumni.

Extraordinary PM have now been using Ugenie as a core part of their infrastructure to serve their course students, corporate clients and alumni for over a year.

They are now planning to launch a membership in 2022 to keep students engaged in-between programmes.
